Beach and nearby attractions. The view from our balcony was stunning, offering a picturesque sunset each evening. the walk back up to the hotel can be quite tiring after a long day of exploring.

the noise from the street was absolutely insufferable, making sleep a distant dream. it was shocking that my room didn’t receive a welcome gift for my stay, considering the apparent lack of proper room amenities. breakfast was a catastrophe—I could barely find anything edible. i was almost going to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Some rooms lack air conditioning!!! The bathroom smell could evoke unpleasant memories, making air fresheners a necessity. Daily deposits for pool towels feel unnecessary, and the restaurant's opening hours are inconsistent and confusing!!!

the breakfast included a variety of buffet dishes to choose from. the wi-fi connection was a bit unstable.

apartamentos masaru was a great choice! our studio with balcony overlooked the pool and was spacious and clean. we enjoyed lunch daily at the snack bar, where the food was plentiful and delicious. the location was also handy, just a short walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

the walls are a bit thin, so be prepared for potential noise from neighbors.

My studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens exceeded my expectations in terms of space and comfort. The gardens were beautifully well cared for, creating a serene atmosphere to relax. The location on the hill near the Botanical Gardens was exceptional, with a pleasant walk down to the town and sea. The apartment offered stunning sunset views that made evenings magical.

The large heated pool at 29 degrees was a fantastic surprise! Plus, the staff were incredibly professional and made our stay feel very welcoming.

Oh, and while the breakfast buffet has decent options, the half-board dinner choices were quite salty and limited. not ideal for hearty eaters. Expect loud chatter from neighboring balconies at night. the noise can drift over if you're a light sleeper.

It was just an appropriate option for a quick stopover in Puerto de la Cruz with great value for money. The pool in the beautiful garden was a real highlight for my family, perfect for the kids. Check for quieter rooms away from the street noise to ensure a restful night.
